About

Patrick Farley, JD

Born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis, Patrick has had many successes, challenges to overcome and lessons learned en route to starting his practice.  He attended North Dakota State University on an athletic scholarship, transferred to Valley City State and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in coaching.  Patrick has taught and coached in a variety of settings and levels.  A change in focus brought Patrick to William Mitchell College of Law in 2003 where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2006.  He was accepted to the Bar in 2007 and has operated Redemption Painting and Counsel4Veritas Law since that time.

Husband to Andrea for 15 years, and father to Solveig and Ian, Patrick is family oriented and strives to place relationships as the central theme in everything from legal matters to family and friendships.  His relationship with you as a client is the central focus of his practice.

Patrick appreciates his clients desire to understand their legal paperwork and the legal process they are experiencing.  Patrick’s proficiency as a teacher enables him to explain your legal needs to you in a way you can understand while meeting the legal requirements you may not understand.

A critical lesson learned and implemented in his life is the need to be truthful in everything.  When working with any legal issues, a truthful analysis and response will be what you receive.  Nearly every issue we face today can be attributed to a lack of truthfulness.  Therefore, you and your interests will be represented actively, aggressively, competently and truthfully.

Patrick’s core practice areas are Estates Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Small Business Representation, Tort Law or Personal Injury, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
